At Be Bold Group, we offer service-based engagements in the form of coaching, consulting, and strategic advisory for founders and startup teams. This page outlines how services are delivered, our cancellation and refund policies, and how we work with clients.
📦 Fulfillment of Services
All services are delivered virtually through scheduled sessions, email communications, or digital tools. Once your agreement is confirmed and payment is received, you’ll receive access to onboarding materials and be able to schedule your first session. Ongoing services are delivered based on the terms outlined in your contract or proposal.
đź’¸ Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have begun. If you have concerns about your experience, we encourage open communication and will do our best to find a resolution.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of your original payment and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. This helps us protect the time and flow of all client engagements. For recurring service agreements (e.g., monthly retainers), cancellations will end at the completion of the contract.

Be Bold Group operates as a fully remote business. All services are delivered virtually via Zoom, email, or shared platforms. We do not offer in-person sessions unless specifically arranged in advance and agreed upon in writing.
